Biography
Dr. Sanjay Ogra is a Buffalo hospitalist and internal medicine physician who earned his MD and completed internal medicine training at the University at Buffalo. He has been with Buffalo Medical Group since 1999, serves as Co-Medical Director for In-patient and Subacute Medicine, and was a founding member of the group’s Hospitalist Program. He is also an assistant professor of clinical medicine at UB’s Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, which honored him with the 2025 Robert S. Berkson, MD, Memorial Award in the Art of Medicine for patient care and teaching.
