Biography
Jeffrey Lach, DO, is a Buffalo-based hospitalist affiliated with Sisters of Charity Hospital and Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. He also serves as a supervising attending physician in Catholic Health’s internal medicine training program. At the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine, he was recognized with a 2019 Siegel Award for Excellence in Teaching, and he later co-authored a 2025 case report on the management of a rapidly progressing pancreatic pseudocyst.
