Biography
Jamin S. Brown, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist with Retina-Vitreous Surgeons of Central New York. He trained at the University of Pennsylvania, completed his internship and ophthalmology residency at the University of Washington, and pursued retinal fellowship training at Wayne State University’s Kresge Eye Institute. Dr. Brown is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical University, and his academic work includes co-authorship of a recent case report on Purtscher-like retinopathy.
