Biography
Dr. Jared Carlson is a board-certified, fellowship-trained hand and upper-extremity surgeon with Excelsior Orthopaedics in Western New York. He earned his medical degree at Wayne State University, completed a general surgery residency in Grand Rapids, and went on to a Hand & Upper Extremity Fellowship at the University at Buffalo. Before returning to the Buffalo area, he practiced as a full-time hand surgeon at Guam Memorial Hospital Authority, where Excelsior notes he helped co-lead the hospital’s COVID-19 task force.
