John D. Picano, M.D., is a Williamsville gastroenterologist with Gastroenterology Associates LLP and a hospital affiliation with Sisters of Charity Hospital. He trained at the University at Buffalo, completing internal medicine residency and gastroenterology fellowship there, and has coauthored published clinical work including a case report on enteral baclofen withdrawal and gastroenterology research presented in The American Journal of Gastroenterology.
