She completed her internship, psychiatry residency, and both geriatric and forensic psychiatry fellowships at the University of Rochester Medical Center, and is board certified in psychiatry, geriatric psychiatry, and forensic psychiatry. A distinguishing focus of her work is the intersection of aging and mental health: she is listed with UR Medicine’s Geriatric Mental Health and Memory Care division and has presented research rounds on developing a geriatric forensic psychiatry program.
