Biography
Abigail I. Franco, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist with UR Medicine in Brockport and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at the University of Rochester. She earned her medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed her internship, dermatology fellowship, and dermatology residency through the University of Rochester Medical Center. In addition to clinical practice, she has coauthored dermatology research and case reports, including publications on atopic dermatitis and pediatric skin lesions.
