Holly Lynn Smith, PMHNP-BC

Holly Smith, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 20 years in health care and current affiliation with OLV Human Services’ Evaluation & Treatment Center. She earned her undergraduate nursing degrees from Trocaire College, completed a master’s in nursing leadership at Daemen College, and later received her post-master’s PMHNP certificate from D’Youville College. Before practicing as a nurse practitioner, she worked across direct patient care, case management, discharge planning, hospital liaison work, and nursing administration, with psychiatric RN experience in inpatient and residential settings for both adolescents and adults.
