He earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate and completed both internal medicine residency and cardiovascular disease fellowship at Mount Sinai; his background also includes prior service as director of ambulatory cardiology at Elmhurst Hospital Center in Queens and clinical interests in non-invasive cardiology, echocardiography, cardio-oncology, and heart disease in pregnancy, according to St. Peter’s Health Partners.
