Biography
Jose Acevedo-Ramos, MD, MBA, is President and CEO of UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health in Geneva. He joined Finger Lakes Health in 2004 as vice president for medical affairs and chief medical officer, became its first physician CEO in 2010, and previously trained and worked at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, according to the Rochester Business Journal. In 2023, he helped lead Finger Lakes Health through its affiliation with the University of Rochester Medical Center, with the system continuing as UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health.
