Biography
Dr. Sekou R. Rawlins is a board-certified gastroenterologist with Syracuse Gastroenterological Associates, where he has practiced since 2019. His practice biography notes that he graduated from Howard University College of Medicine’s BS/MD program, completed internal medicine residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan, and completed gastroenterology fellowship at SUNY Upstate, where he later served as a faculty member and associate residency program director. He has a particular clinical interest in inflammatory bowel disease, and St. Joseph’s Health lists board certification in both gastroenterology and internal medicine.
