Steven Bernstein, MD

Steven H. Bernstein, MD, is a Rochester oncologist associated with the University of Rochester Medical Center’s Wilmot Cancer Center, where he has been described as a professor of medicine and co-director of the lymphoma program. His background includes medical school at NYU, residency at NYU Medical Center/Bellevue, hematology and medical oncology fellowship at Beth Israel Hospital, and research fellowship at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute; his lymphoma research has included immunologic approaches to treatment and studies of rituximab’s immune effects, with election to the Lymphoma Research Foundation’s Mantle Cell Lymphoma Consortium Executive Committee noted by URMC.
