Hao Wang, MD, MS, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained vitreoretinal specialist with Capital Region Retina in Albany. She completed ophthalmology residency and vitreoretinal surgery fellowship training at UT Southwestern Medical Center, after earlier retina research fellowship work at UMDNJ; her research has focused on age-related macular degeneration and retinal pigment epithelium transplantation, and she has contributed to Ryan’s Retina.
