Anthony Joseph Froix, MD

Anthony Froix, MD, is a surgical oncologist and assistant professor of surgery at UT Southwestern, where he also serves as vice chair for the Department of Surgery’s Office of Engagement and Excellence. He earned his medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh, completed general surgery training at SUNY Buffalo and a surgical oncology fellowship at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and also holds master’s degrees in business administration and medical management from the University of Rochester. His published work has included research on melanoma and operating-room efficiency.
