Biography
Anil K. Sharma, MD, is a Rochester gastroenterologist with Gastroenterology Group of Rochester and a UR Medicine faculty physician. He completed internal medicine residency at Highland Hospital, served as chief resident, and completed a gastroenterology fellowship at the University of Rochester. Dr. Sharma is board certified in gastroenterology, has held clinical faculty roles at the University of Rochester, and previously served as Highland Hospital’s chief of gastroenterology and medical director of its endoscopy unit.
