Biography
Jonathan P. Wilmot, M.D., is a Rochester gastroenterologist with the Gastroenterology Group of Rochester. A Rochester native, he earned his medical degree and completed internal medicine residency at the University of Rochester, then completed gastroenterology-hepatology fellowship training at the University of Connecticut; his practice notes interests in GERD, inflammatory bowel disease, colon cancer screening, liver disease, and care of liver transplant patients before and after transplant. He is board certified in gastroenterology and holds a voluntary clinical instructor appointment in the University of Rochester Department of Medicine’s Division of Gastroenterology/Hepatology.
