Biography
Dr. Michael Bax is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he serves as an Assistant Professor of Oncology and focuses on skin cancers including melanoma. His training includes medical school at SUNY Upstate, dermatology training at the University at Buffalo and the University of Rochester, and a fellowship in micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Michigan. At Roswell Park, he is part of the skin cancer and melanoma care team and has particular expertise in Mohs surgery, including modified Mohs techniques for melanoma and other rare cutaneous malignancies.
