Biography
Timothy Lowry, MD is a board-certified psychiatrist with Cayuga Health’s Behavioral Services Unit in Ithaca. He earned his medical degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, completed psychiatry residency training at Cambridge Health Alliance, and went on to fellowship training at the Austen Riggs Center. His background also includes graduate study in neuroscience at Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in biophysics from UC Berkeley, where he was a National Science Foundation graduate fellowship honoree.
