Matthew Josephson, M.D., is a gastroenterologist with Saratoga Schenectady Gastroenterology Associates. He completed internal medicine residency training at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and a gastroenterology fellowship at Albany Medical College, after earlier study at New York Medical College, Georgetown University, and the University of Virginia. His published work includes inflammatory bowel disease research, including a case report on ulcerative colitis dysplasia and a systematic review of Crohn’s disease case definitions in administrative and claims databases.
