Biography
Biswarup Ghosh, MBBS, is a board-certified psychiatrist in Western New York with academic and hospital-based roles in addition to private practice. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and works as an adult psychiatrist at Erie County Medical Center, with experience in both outpatient and inpatient care. Dr. Ghosh earned his MBBS from Government Medical College Nagpur and completed psychiatry training at King Edward Memorial Hospital, SUNY Downstate, and the University at Buffalo, where he remained on faculty after residency. He has also contributed to psychiatric scholarship, including co-authoring a review on psychotic depression, and BryLin Hospital describes his practice as focused on psychopharmacology with an integrative approach to treatment.
