Biography
Dr. Elethea Caldwell is a retired plastic surgeon and Professor Emeritus of Surgery at the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. A University of Rochester residency alumna, she spent 30 years on the plastic surgery faculty, with clinical interests in cleft lip and palate care, breast and hand deformities, and burn injuries; she also held leadership roles at Strong Memorial Hospital, including medical director of its Ambulatory Care Center from 1992 to 2000, according to her URMC alumni profile.
