Lisa M Demeter, MD

Lisa M. Demeter, MD, is a Rochester infectious disease physician with longstanding ties to the University of Rochester. She trained at the University of Rochester Medical Center, completing internal medicine residency and infectious disease fellowship there, and has held a Professor of Medicine role in the university’s Infectious Diseases Division. Her academic work has focused on HIV treatment and drug resistance, including AIDS Clinical Trials Group research on therapeutic drug monitoring in antiretroviral-experienced patients.
