Michael D Coffey, MD

Michael Coffey, MD, is a Rochester, New York-based family physician and healthcare executive who serves as chief medical officer at GRIPA and chief medical officer at Cognisight. He is board certified in family medicine, and his recent work has centered on value-based care, accountable care organization leadership, and physician engagement.

Dr. Coffey earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine and completed residency training in family medicine at Tufts University. He has also been active in medical education and physician leadership; during residency, Tufts noted his election as a resident member of the American Academy of Family Physicians board.
