Dr. Octavia Balan is an internal medicine physician and hospitalist with Buffalo Medical Group, where she is affiliated with several Western New York hospitals, including Buffalo General Medical Center, Mercy Hospital of Buffalo, Millard Fillmore Suburban Hospital, and Sisters of Charity Hospital. Earlier in her career, she was affiliated with the Cardiovascular Research Foundation and Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular Institute and co-authored a 2002 case report in The Journal of Invasive Cardiology, a distinguishing sign of prior academic and research involvement.
