Meghan Anne Casey, LMHC NCC RYT

Meghan Casey is a mental health counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor whose background bridges clinical counseling and collegiate student-athlete development. Her Niagara University Athletics profile describes her role in student-athlete development programming, including work with the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and Student-Athlete of Color Alliance, and notes prior experience as a Child Protection Therapist at Savio House. She earned an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Monmouth University, is a former Division I rower at the University of Dayton, and brings yoga and meditation training into a counseling approach that her practice profile describes as focused on athletes, emerging adults, families, mindfulness, somatic work, and trauma-informed care.
