Biography
Dr. Mohamad S. Mahmoud is a Rochester Regional Health obstetrician-gynecologist and director of the Center of Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecology at Rochester General Hospital. He trained at Saint Joseph University in Beirut, completed OB-GYN residency at Oakwood Hospital in Michigan, and pursued fellowship training in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. In 2025, Rochester Regional Health noted that Dr. Mahmoud was named a Master Surgeon in Minimally Invasive Gynecology by the Surgical Review Corporation.
