Biography
Kristie Elias, LCSW, is a Rochester behavioral health clinician and nonprofit program leader. She previously served as Catholic Family Center’s vice president of behavioral health, where she was involved in the agency’s telehealth counseling launch, and a CFC annual report notes that she led its Mental Health Clinic beginning in 2011, expanding same-day walk-in access and taking part in local and statewide behavioral-health advocacy groups. In 2022, Villa of Hope announced Elias as director of its integrated outpatient services clinic and substance use disorder clinic.
