Carolyn Lee Mok, M.D.

Carolyn Mok, MD, is a family physician in Rochester, New York whose career has been closely tied to community-based primary care. A University of Rochester family medicine alumni profile notes that she graduated from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, joined the University of Rochester’s early urban medicine track in family medicine, and spent more than 40 years caring for patients at Jordan-Brown Square Health Center.
