Biography
Dr. Sherrif Ibrahim is a dermatologist and Mohs surgeon who serves as a voluntary clinical associate professor of dermatology at UR Medicine and is the founder of Rochester Dermatologic Surgery. He earned his MD and PhD at the University of Washington, completed dermatology residency at the University of Rochester, and went on to fellowship training at UCSF in skin cancer surgery, laser surgery, and cosmetic dermatology. His work has focused on procedural dermatology and skin cancer treatment, with academic interests in cutaneous oncology including squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and Merkel cell carcinoma.
