Biography
Dr. Smbat Amirbekian is an Albany-based interventional and diagnostic radiologist with St. Peter’s Health Partners. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine, completed residency and fellowship training at Yale-New Haven Hospital, and is board certified in interventional radiology and diagnostic radiology. He has also contributed to peer-reviewed imaging research, including a Radiology paper on molecular MR imaging of atherosclerosis.
