Biography
Adam Simning, MD, PhD, is a geriatric psychiatrist who earned his MD with distinction in research and PhD in epidemiology at the University of Rochester, where he also completed residency in psychiatry and fellowship training in geriatric psychiatry. He later held faculty and research roles at the University of Rochester Medical Center, including National Institute on Aging-funded work and resident mentoring. Before moving into private practice in 2023, he spent more than a decade in public health research on healthy aging and aging in place and reported authoring more than 50 peer-reviewed papers.
