Biography
Thomas J. Federici, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist with RetinaCare Consultants. He graduated magna cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s Accelerated Biomedical Program, earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College, completed ophthalmology residency at Geisinger Medical Center, and pursued fellowship training in retina and vitreous surgery at the Foundation for Retinal Research in New Orleans. He has also served on the medical school faculties of the University of South Carolina and SUNY Stony Brook, with published work in medical journals and textbooks.
