Dr. Ekaterini Zapantis is a Cheektowaga rheumatologist and founding member of Rheumatology Center of Western New York. A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, she is board certified in internal medicine and has coauthored rheumatology research on lupus nephritis and difficult antiphospholipid syndrome, including work presented through the American College of Rheumatology.
