Biography
Kathleen Grimm, MD, is a Western New York physician with a longstanding focus on palliative medicine. At the Jacobs School of Medicine, she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor, and her faculty profile notes work in palliative care as well as a 2019 Journal of Pain and Symptom Management paper on transporting patients home for terminal extubation. ECMC previously appointed her director of palliative medicine, and Canisius University has highlighted her role in helping found Sloan Comfort Care Home and mentoring students in end-of-life care.
