Biography
Blair Germain, OD, is an optometrist with Syracuse Community Health. Her background includes work with UR Medicine’s Flaum Eye Institute, where she held a faculty appointment as Senior Instructor of Clinical Ophthalmology and developed interests in keratoconus, severe dry eye, corneal ectasia, and medically indicated contact lenses. A 2025 SUNY Optometry report noted that grant funding supported her hiring at Syracuse Community Health as part of an effort to expand eye care access for underserved patients in Central New York.
