Biography
Sunil Baldwa, MD, is a cardiologist and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University at Buffalo, where he also serves in a leadership role in cardiology at the Buffalo VA Medical Center. He completed fellowship training in cardiovascular medicine and non-invasive/nuclear cardiology at UB, and earlier served as a cardiologist and director at the VA Medical Center in Canandaigua from 2004 to 2009. His academic work has included research on cardiovascular risk in post-traumatic stress disorder and co-authorship of peer-reviewed studies on sudden cardiac arrest risk in ischemic cardiomyopathy.
