John Richard Luderer, MD

John R. “Jack” Luderer, MD, is an internist and clinical pharmacologist whose career has combined medical research, pharmaceutical leadership, and academic administration. Western Michigan University described him as board-certified in internal medicine with subspecialty certification in clinical pharmacology, and noted his roles as former vice president for research and executive director of its Biosciences Research and Commercialization Center; WMed’s history also records that he served as interim dean during the medical school’s formation. His research record includes clinical pharmacology publications on drug kinetics and cardiovascular medications, including a PubMed-indexed study of ceftriaxone kinetics.
