Biography
Annette M. Bulas, OD, is a board-certified optometrist with Southtowns Eye Center in Orchard Park. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry, graduating with high honors, and completed externships at the Eye Foundation of Utah, Center for Sight in Fairfax, Virginia, and Dorchester House in Boston. A Western New York native, she joined Southtowns Eye Center in 1991 after also training and working as an optician.
