Biography
Geoffrey Markowski, MD, FAAFP, is a family medicine and primary care physician with UR Medicine in Geneseo. He earned his MD from SUNY at Buffalo in 1987 and completed his family medicine internship, residency, and fellowship there from 1987 to 1991.
Earlier in his career, a University at Buffalo news release identified Markowski as a clinical assistant professor of family medicine and director of the university's rural clinic in Cuba, New York. That work reflects a longstanding connection to community-based family medicine in western New York.
