Biography
Tomas Vence, MD, is an internist and hospitalist with VA Finger Lakes Healthcare System, where he was appointed acting chief of staff in May 2025. Dr. Vence graduated from the Colombian School of Medicine in 1990, completed an internal medicine residency at United Health Services in Binghamton, and later served as chief of that residency program; his VA career has included hospitalist roles in Bath and Syracuse and leadership as associate and deputy chief of staff.
