Biography
Dr. Ian Deutchki is a Rochester, New York family physician and geriatrician with UR Medicine, where he practices at Highland Family Medicine and holds joint faculty appointments as an associate professor in Family Medicine and in Medicine’s Division of Geriatrics & Aging. He is board certified in both family medicine and geriatric medicine.
He earned his M.D. from Penn State’s College of Medicine in 2007, then completed family medicine residency training and a geriatrics fellowship at Lancaster General Hospital. In Rochester’s geriatrics program, he also serves as medical director of Monroe Community Hospital, reflecting a practice centered on the care of older adults as well as primary care.
