Alan Kuritzky, MD, is a nephrologist with Nephrology Associates of WNY, where he has practiced since returning to Buffalo in 1982. He earned his medical degree from SUNY at Buffalo, completed internal medicine residency at Millard Fillmore Hospital, and trained as a National Kidney Foundation-sponsored fellow at New York Medical College. He is board certified in internal medicine and nephrology, serves as medical director of DaVita Northtowns Dialysis Center, and received the National Kidney Foundation of Western New York’s 2006 Gift of Life Award.
