Biography
Dr. William Blymire is a Buffalo-based internal medicine-pediatrics physician with Evergreen Health and a clinical assistant professor at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He earned his MD at Penn State, completed a combined internal medicine-pediatrics residency at UB, and has remained in academic medicine there, where he serves as clerkship director for third-year medicine and associate program director for the med-peds residency program. A distinguishing part of his work is his focus on transitional care and on caring for patients with developmental disabilities, as well as his role as a faculty adviser and medical director for UB’s Lighthouse Free Medical Clinic.
