Biography
Kathleen Mylotte, MD is a University at Buffalo–trained internist who completed her internal medicine residency and an endocrinology fellowship there and is board certified in internal medicine. In addition to clinical practice, she has held medical leadership roles with Independent Health’s Care Partners program, which focused on care coordination for frail older adults living at home, and she co-authored published research on a home-based palliative care model that was associated with higher hospice use and lower end-of-life costs for participating patients.
