Phillip Michael John Fleming, NYCPS-P-3522

Phillip Fleming is a New York State-Certified Peer Specialist (provisional) with 16 years of peer-support and advocacy experience, including work as Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Peer Support Services at Mindful Living LCSW. His professional background also includes Level I Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy training and NYSED Level I teaching-assistant certification, and he works with Geneva High School according to his Association of Black Psychologists profile. Fleming has also been active in the Fountain House community; the organization’s FY2023 annual report noted that he was welcomed to its Board of Directors.
