Biography
Dr. Syed Hussnain is a board-certified ophthalmologist and vitreoretinal surgeon with Saratoga Ophthalmology. He trained in ophthalmology at Yale, where he served as chief resident, then completed a two-year retina surgery fellowship through Columbia University, Manhattan Eye, Ear and Throat Hospital, NYU, and Vitreous Retina Macula Consultants of New York. His published research includes work on retinal imaging, age-related macular degeneration, epiretinal membranes, and sickle cell retinopathy, including studies indexed in PubMed.
