Biography
Stephanie Burgess, PA-C, MPAS, is the Lead Physician Assistant in the Sports Medicine Division at Boston Children’s Hospital. She studied pre-med and biology at UMass Amherst, completed PA training at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Worcester, and began working in Boston Children’s sports medicine in 2012 under Dr. Lyle Micheli. Burgess has also contributed to published pediatric sports medicine research, including a study on opioid prescribing after knee arthroscopy in adolescents and young adults.
