Biography
Dr. Liam Knott is a board-certified general and bariatric surgeon with UBMD Surgery and a clinical assistant professor of surgery at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He earned his medical degree at SUNY Buffalo, completed his general surgery internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital, and went on to fellowship training in minimally invasive, robotic, and bariatric surgery at Albany Medical Center. A distinguishing part of his background is his focus on minimally invasive and robotic bariatric surgery at ECMC, along with prior practice experience at Surgical Associates of Western New York before joining UBMD.
