Brian Madow, MD, PhD, is a retina specialist and vitreoretinal surgeon at Ross Eye Institute and a clinical professor of ophthalmology at the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, where he directs the retina service. He completed ophthalmology residency training at the University of Pennsylvania’s Scheie Eye Institute and a retina fellowship at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and Ross Eye Institute notes that he joined in 2021 after practice at the University of Florida in Jacksonville; his background also includes founding the Uveitis Reading Center for Clinical Trials and a special interest in retina imaging.
