Dr. Thomas P. Smith Jr. is a cardiologist with Catholic Health, practicing through Trinity Medical Cardiology and affiliated with Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. He earned his medical degree at the University at Buffalo, where he also completed his internships, internal medicine residency, served as chief medical resident, and went on to fellowship training in cardiology. Distinguishing parts of his background include prior service as a cardiology professor at the University at Buffalo and later as Regional Medical Director for Merck Pharmaceuticals.
